When something isn’t quite right
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Candles and fragrance items must be unburned, unused, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Items we cannot accept back
Gift cards, digital or downloadable items, opened room sprays or personal fragrance items, burned or partially burned candles, and used wax melts are non-returnable.
If your order arrives damaged
Email info@graciemoocandles.com within 7 days with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
