Yes. All waxes, fragrance oils, and wick assemblies are 100% plant-based and never tested on animals.

Soy wax is a renewable, natural resource sourced from American soy farmers. It burns slower and cooler than paraffin, giving you a longer-lasting candle without petroleum soot or harsh chemical fumes.

Our Whisper Sprays are gentle, multi-purpose fine fragrance mists formulated for both home and personal care routines. They are safe to use as a room freshener, linen spray, body mist, and hair perfume. Crafted with skin-safe, clean bases and non-toxic, phthalate-free oils, they deliver an effortless scent refresh without aerosol propellants, parabens, or heavy alcohol drying.

Our car diffusers are formulated with clean, high-performance carrier bases and our signature phthalate-free fragrance oils. Designed to provide steady, flameless aroma in your vehicle, they diffuse cleanly without artificial dyes or aerosol propellants.

Wax Melts: Up to 30 days of continuous flameless aroma per pack.

On your candle’s very first burn, allow the melted wax pool to reach all the edges of the container before extinguishing it (typically about 2 hours). Wax holds a "memory": establishing a full melt pool on burn number one ensures an even, flat burn for the life of the candle.

Yes. Always trim your cotton or hemp wick to 1/4 inch (or gently pinch off the charred top of a wood wick) before every lighting. This prevents high flames, soot buildup, and overheating of the vessel.

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $5 on standard domestic orders. All orders of $75 or more qualify for complimentary standard shipping.

Yes. Free local porch pickup is available in Franklinville, New Jersey. Simply choose the "Local Pickup" option during checkout. You will receive an email confirmation containing pickup instructions when your order is ready.

Because every item is poured and packed in small batches, orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Standard carrier delivery generally takes an additional 2–5 days depending on destination.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, candles and home fragrance items must be unburned, unused, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping postage.

Gift cards, burned or partially burned candles, opened or used room sprays, used wax melts, and custom or sale items are non-returnable.

While we package every glass jar with extreme care, transit accidents occasionally happen. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email a photo of the damaged product and outer packaging to info@graciemoocandles.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will promptly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Yes. We create bespoke custom favor batches for weddings, baby showers, bridal showers, birthdays, client gifts, and holiday celebrations.
