Shipping Policy

At Gracie Moo Candles, every candle is hand-poured with care and prepared for shipping with the same level of intention. We want the moment your package arrives to feel just as special as the candle inside.


Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
During high-volume seasons, launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer as everything is crafted and packaged by hand.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

We offer:

  • Standard Shipping (carrier varies by location)

  • Free Shipping on U.S. orders over $75

Delivery times depend on the carrier, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped.


Local Pickup 

Local Pickup: Select “Local Pickup” at checkout to pick up your order at our Franklinville, NJ location. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.


Warm Weather Shipping

Because our candles are made with high-quality waxes and fragrance oils, they may be sensitive to extreme heat.
During warm months, we take extra precautions with packaging, but please bring your package indoors promptly to prevent melting.


Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package is handed to the carrier, it is in their possession.
If your order is marked "delivered" but you cannot locate it, please reach out to your carrier directly.

We’ll always do our best to help, but Gracie Moo Candles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, we want to make it right.
Please contact us at info@graciemoocandles.com within 7 days with a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or provide a refund.
