Our Promise to You

At Gracie Moo Candles, each candle is hand-poured with intention, crafted to bring warmth and beauty into your space. Your experience matters to us, and we’re committed to making sure you love every glow-filled moment.


When Something Isn’t Quite Right

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase.

To remain eligible:

  • Candles and fragrance items must be unburned, unused, and in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Due to the nature of handcrafted, consumable products, lit or partially used candles cannot be returned


Items We Cannot Accept Back

To protect the quality and safety of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital/downloadable items

  • Opened room sprays or personal fragrance items

  • Burned or partially burned candles

  • Used wax melts


If Your Order Arrives Damaged

Your products should arrive as beautifully as they left our studio.
If your candle arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days at info@graciemoocandles.com with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.


How Refunds Are Processed

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow standard processing times for your bank or card provider.


Checking on a Refund

If your refund hasn’t appeared yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Reach out to your bank

If you still haven’t received your refund, email us at info@graciemoocandles.com and we’ll be happy to assist.


Gifts & Store Credit

  • If your candle was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit once the return is received.

  • If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund.


A Note on Return Shipping

For returns valued at over $75, we encourage using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This helps ensure your return arrives safely—just like we aim to deliver it to you.
